I went to Susie’s yesterday, sad and distraught, as I was just diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. The owner and the hair stylist were wonderful. They were kind and very knowledgeable. The customer service and selection are outstanding. I highly recommend them. I left with 2 wigs that were amazing. I wore the shorter one last night and the compliments I received were numerous. Very grateful for the experience we had today. My mom in law is about to start chemo and buying a wig was an emotional experience at the outset and the wonderful staff showed so much care and compassion when helping her find the perfect wigs. Great new store. Very clean and in a nice location. Great inventory. Rose has been helping me for several years and even though I haven’t purchased anything lately she is very patient and is never high pressure. She is the best. She knows I will eventually purchase something.
